Skyview, located just north of Lakeridge, is adding to the overall housing mix in the city, by offering lots that are wider than the new norm. "What distinguishes this new neighbourhood from some of the others," says Doug Rogers, who is overseeing the development of this community, "is that every home will be built on a 60" wide lot." This is a small new community, created close to the existing amenities in Lakeridge and including connecting walking paths and parks, which will retain the existing flora and fauna distinct to this area.
