Judging Criteria:
The Home Builder of the Year winner is determined by the Four Category Requirements.
· The home builder must be entered in 3 different New Home Award categories
· The home builder must be entered in the Safety Award
· The home builder must be entered in the Community Service Award
· The home builder must be entered in the Environmental Leadership in Housing Award
